By registering an account or placing a wager at Grand Rush Casino you accept the conditions below, which form a binding agreement between you and the operator. Please read them before you deposit; the sections on bonuses and withdrawals are where most misunderstandings arise.
Who may open an account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble online where you live. Grand Rush Casino operates under licence 365/JAZ issued by Curaçao eGaming; it does not hold an Australian wagering licence and does not accept players from jurisdictions where our service is prohibited, including any territory listed as restricted on our registration page.
One person may hold one account. Where several accounts trace to the same individual, household, device fingerprint or payment instrument, we may merge or close the duplicates, void bonus winnings connected to them and return the original deposits.
The account must be registered in your own name and funded from a payment method in that same name. Third-party payments are rejected on receipt, and playing on behalf of somebody else — including a family member who is self-excluded — is a breach of this agreement.
Registration details must be accurate and kept current. We verify identity, address and source of funds before releasing a first withdrawal and may repeat those checks later; an account whose details cannot be confirmed will be suspended until they are.
Deposits, withdrawals and dormant balances
Funds are held for the purpose of play and are not a deposit-taking service. No interest accrues on an account balance, and a balance may not be transferred to another player.
Withdrawals are returned to the method used for the most recent deposit wherever the provider allows it. Payout requests are reviewed within 24 hours on business days; the time then taken to reach you depends on the payment network, which is outside our control.
A deposit must be wagered at least once before it can be withdrawn. Depositing and immediately requesting a payout without meaningful play may be treated as an attempt to use the casino as a transfer service and will be refused.
Accounts with no login for twelve consecutive months are classed as dormant. We contact you at the registered email before applying any administration fee, and any remaining balance stays payable to you or your estate on request.
Bonuses, wagering requirements and fair play
Every promotion carries its own terms, which are published alongside the offer and prevail over the general summary here. Typical conditions include a minimum qualifying deposit, a wagering multiple applied to the bonus or to bonus plus deposit, a maximum bet per round while the requirement is open, an expiry date and a cap on the amount convertible to cash.
Games contribute unequally to wagering. Slots usually count in full, while table games, video poker and low-volatility titles contribute at a reduced rate or not at all; the contribution table sits in the promotions section and is the version that applies.
Exceeding the maximum bet while a bonus is active, splitting stakes across low-risk opposing outcomes, or using a betting pattern designed to clear a requirement without genuine risk will void the bonus and any winnings derived from it. Deposits are not confiscated in these cases.
We reserve the right to withdraw a promotion from an individual account where it is being used systematically rather than recreationally. Such a decision affects future eligibility only; balances already legitimately won remain yours.
Game results, malfunctions and liability
Outcomes are produced by certified random number generators operated by our game suppliers, and the record held on the supplier's server is authoritative. Where the display on your device differs from that record — for instance after a dropped connection — the server record decides the result.
A malfunction voids all plays and pays. If a fault causes a game to award a prize it was not configured to pay, or to accept a stake outside its permitted range, the affected rounds are reversed and stakes returned.
Grand Rush Casino is not liable for interruptions arising from your internet connection, device, operating system or local network, nor for losses that follow from someone else using credentials you failed to keep secure. Our aggregate liability in connection with your account is limited to the balance standing in it at the time the claim arises.
We may suspend the service for scheduled maintenance, security intervention or regulatory instruction. Where a suspension is planned we give notice in the account; where it is urgent we act first and explain afterwards.
Complaints, amendments and governing law
Raise a complaint through live chat or by email to support in the first instance, quoting your account reference and the date of the disputed event. Our support team answers within 24 hours and a formal complaint receives a written decision within fourteen days.
If that decision does not resolve the matter you may refer it to Curaçao eGaming as the authority behind licence 365/JAZ. We will supply the records needed to review the case and will abide by the outcome.
These terms may be revised for legal, regulatory or operational reasons. Material changes are announced by email and by notice on first login after publication; continuing to play once a change has taken effect constitutes acceptance. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page.
This agreement is governed by the law of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy under the law of your country of residence. The English text is the authoritative version; translations are provided for convenience only.
